Ho to all,

Nice to have a chat place....

About burning courthouses, I think that every where I need to do
research, that is what I have been told, Lincoln Co. Tn. Jackson Co.
Alabama, Polk co. Arkansas, Pike co. Arkansas, all I can think of off
hand right now, but its enough to make a person wonder if they will ever
find needed records. The of course not living near any of these places,
one does not have the access to go try to find news paper articles, or
other sources for the burnt records.... This is the main reason I joined
the net... hoping to find records that I could not go research myself.

Maybe we can start a Burnt Court house group!! ha ha.. Just a thought.
