DON'T laminate anything of value like that. It DOESN'T protect them and
in fact, eventually does more harm than good. Keep your old documents
in acid-free paper in a dark box, away from heat and humidity.

Hi chatters,

I had planned to have all of my copies of birth, death, marriage certs,
etc. laminated so as to keep them in good shape and preserve them. Is
there any reason why I shouldn't do this, or does anyone have any other
suggestions?

Thanks,
Cheryl Cummings
