Perhaps you meant to say sisters of one family married brothers of another
family which results in their off spring being known as "double cousins" and
is not an example of inbreeding; however if the sisters married their own
brothers , as you seem to imply, that would be inbreeding and probably would
not be something that would be discussed in a family situation and unless
there were good genes involved could result in a genetic disaster.
