Hi Carol; What CT wants is a copy of your drivers license that has your
picture on it or your state ID card with your picture. Note; CT wil not
send a birth certificate to you if it is not for you. For genealogy
purposes the person you are requesting must have been born over 100 years
ago. They sent my picture, money order, and request back and gave that
