Guilford:
Ebenezer STONE born Nov. 5, 1771 Jerusha STONE(b. 1773), Levi STONE(b. 1780)
and Margaret STONE(b. 1789)
History of Guilford County, Conn. by Steiner, p. 448
Ebenezer STONE (b. 8 Mar 1752 or 1756 Guilford, CT - died Feb 1800 or 1803)
and
was the father. He served in The Rev. War.
If anyone has access to this book, I sure would like to know just what is on
page 448. And any other information on any of the above names would be
greatly appreciated!

Hi Joan:
On Page 448: Lists the volunteers in Capt. Hand's Company, Col. Talcott's
Regiment, 1776.
I do not see Ebenezer Stone. There is an Eber Stone (Corp.) and a Levi Stone
(Private), however, based on your Levi's b. date, this would be someone else.
In Talcott's book "Families of Early Guilford, CT", on page 1140,
there is a listed that remotely shows some of your people listed, but with
diff. dates/info.
Ebenezer Stone, son of Ebenezer and Hannah (Norton), was born 10 March 1706
and died 5 May 1771. He married 8 March 1752 Sybil Leete who was born 18
October 1724 and died 31 August 1803. Lived in North Guilford, CT
Children:
Jerusha, b. 18 February 1753; died 18 April 1833; mar. Nathan Griswold
Levi, b 1754; died 6 October 1802; mar. Mindwell Rice
Ebenezer, b 1756; died 1803; mar. Jerusha (____________)
This second generation Ebenezer had:
daughters Jerusha and Catherine, (no other information on them).
This is the only Levi listed in the vital records book.
There is only one Margaret Stone listed, however, she was born in 1870.
The only two Jerusha's information is listed above.
Sorry I couldn't help more, but if you have any other questions please feel
free to e-mail me back
