Subject: [GenConnecticut-L] FCC Ruling affecting all of us

The FCC wants to allow everyones local phone company & your ISP to allow per
minute charges for use of the internet! For many of us this would mean we
could not be able to use the internet. Does anyone know who we can contact to
stop this madness? The ruling is next week.Please notify everyone you know who
is online.
