Searching for the parents or siblings of Ebenezer Miner(Minor) b VT abt
1812/3 and wife Polly (Mary) b. 1818 MA. 1850 census has them in Tolland,
Tolland, CT, farmer, with property valued at $2000, by 1860, they are in
Somers, Tolland, CT, he is listed as farm laborer, property valued at $200.
(Rootsweb world Connect has her as Polly Loomer, with nothing but Ebenezer's
name)

Daughter Mary Jane Minor is my gg-grandmother, her marriage to Joseph King
in 1861 is recorded in Enfield, CT and lists her age as 18 at time of
marrage. Have since found out this was a lie, she was only 15, age on census
in 1850 was 4, 1860 it's 14, 1870 it's 24, 1880 it's 34 all listed as b MA,
she died 1890 in Enfield (they have no other info on her, I've been there).

Ebenezer and Polly/Mary are not to be found on later census records, (CT,
VT or MA) nor are any of the other children, George b MA (he is listed on
1860 census, age 21 with wife Lovina and dau Alice), Charles, b MA age 7 in
1850 (not on 1860), Wells, b CT age 9 in 1860, Frederick, b MA age 4 in 1860
and Nellie, b CT 5 months in 1860. Also haven't found him in earlier records
either in VT or MA.
