Cant agree with this one. I live near Manchester in the north of UK, and we
make friend by standing in line, and by sitting next to people on buses and
trains, and we talk to anyone. Now in the South of ENGLAND that just doesnt
happen. People dont talk to strangers ever. However is the far south west
of England, in Devon and Cornwall people talk to strangers, my cousin got
chatting to a guy at the check out in the supermarket while they were
waiting in line, and they are now married with a little girl
