Very interesting!!!! I hadn't spotted this article before. What surprises
me is that:
Melinde Lutz Sanborn, _Second Supplement to Torrey's New England Marriages
Prior to 1700_ (Baltimore, MD: Genealogical Publishing Co., Inc, 2001),
page 47.
gives the DOB of Elizabeth as "c1623"
"PARKER, James1 (c1617-1700+) & 1/wf Elizabeth LONG
(c1623- ); Woburn 23 May 1643 [TEG 13:146]"
when she, SANBORN, in 2001 no doubt knew about the 1903 NEHGR article.
SANBORN's source for this marriage is TEG, _The Essex Genealogist..._,
which probably didn't have info on the DOB of Eliz. Reading the 1903
article I see it give the DOM of Robert and Sarah as 3 Oct 1614 which
certainly is a lot more plausible than 3 Oct 1619 for now the 3 earliest
children of Michael 1615, Sarah 1616, Robert 1619 are covered.
