Courthouse Research tip -
I have taken a box of candy as a gift to the clerks. I explain that I am
from out of town and that I would possibly need their assistance in locating
things. You would be surprised at the doors that were then opened. One time
they even offered me to use their private restroom rather than the public one
down the hall. I've gained more in a day from a box of candy than I would
have gained in many days otherwise. (No pun intended)
