Have been swamped with over 300 e-mails per day for the past 2 weeks.
I sent your paperwork over 2 weeks ago, but re-sent it just yesterday
again.
Hopefully this time it will reach you safely.
I apologize for the delay. With Thanksgiving and company and all
that goes on with owning my store etc.
I apologize for taking so long to respond.
This is the busy season for a Christmas & Angel store.

Dear Rosemarie: I have written twice now, with no answer from you regarding
the documents you said you were sending me and the $16.00 I sent you on Nov.
6th. Can I please have a response from you? Just a simple answer to my
inquiry would help me to know what has happened.
