Karima,
Nope, still have not found the elusive HAGLER.
Still looking for the father and mother of:
Henry Jackson Hagler b. 23 Feb. 1822 (if we believe the head stone......up to
1827 if we believe the differing census ages) Jackson Co.. Illinois. d. 10
Nov. 1901 Cambria, Williamson Co. Ill. m. 23 Feb. 1865 Cert. A/175 Elizabeth
Shaver b. 10 Nov. 1844 Jackson Co. Tennessee and d. 29 Oct. 1937 Williamson
Co., Ill.
He is found in the Jackson Co. 1850 census living with (presumably sister,
who is listed as head of house hold) Penelope Hagler aged 15. She marries
John Barnett of Union Co. 1854.
Through much chasing of hints, cross referencing etc. I feel that his father
was Paul Hagler born 1789.
There has been a lot of speculation back and forth and some have taken this
as fact, without any documentation. I can't do that.
If anyone has anything on this........documented..........or something to
back up presumtions...........please.........please .......let me know.
Thanks
Gwendy
