Born 12 September 1953, Carl Louis Hagy passed away on 14 March 2008. Carl,
aka, The L. A. Grease-monkey, was a member of the Los Angeles Charter of the
Hells Angels motorcycle club who hung up his colors many years ago but not
his heart or love of being in the wind. Prior to his illness he owned and
operated Black Rose Auto Repair. A certified mechanic Carl was the best. He
could fix anything with a motor and diagnose any running vehicle just by
listening to the sound it was making. He fixed many vehicles free of charge
for customers who were unable to pay because they had families to feed or
other hardships. He never met a stranger, never hesitated to provide
shelter, food or clothing to help the homeless or anyone in need. He touched
and enriched so many lives while he was with us. We wanted to keep him with
us forever but the Lord said his journey here on earth was done. Carl was
preceded in death by his father Archie and his Sister Cheryl. He is survived
by his mother Phyllis Hopper. Brothers David, James and Frank. Sister
Annette Hagy-Rose. Children Tonya, Michelle and Michael Hagy, Christopher
Gleason, Les Smith and Jeannie Marrie Yorks. His cherished black cat
Midnight. He leaves behind his best friend, soul mate and the love of his
life, his devoted wife of 21 years Linda "Buffy" Rose-Hagy. He will Live
eternally in the hearts of his family and friends. From his wife, "Carl I
miss you, you were my life, I will love you always and forever. Rest in
peace". A private memorial was held in Galveston TX. A celebration of Carl's
life is pending and will be announced.

Notes: Carl only had two daughters: Tonya and Michelle Hagy. Michael's
father was Virgil Scott Swoope . Christopher Gleason was Carl's step son
with ex-wife Betty Martin. Les Smith and Jeannie Yorks are Carl's step
children with wife Buffy.

Carl's half brother James and David Tyree and half sister Cheryl Sue
Tyree-Vreeland.
