Dr. Silas Halsey, Jr and his first wife Sarah Radley also had a son Oliver, b.
Mar 25, 1769 at Southampton, NY; died Dec 16, 1850 at Lodi; He was a farmer & a
mason; he married Susannah Cooper, b. 1771; d. 1823 at Lodi.
Here was a brother and sister named Halsey who married Coopers. I do not have
the parents names, so I can not tell if they also were brother and sister, but
I suspect that they were. This is very common. Hope that this clarifies my
