This is off topic we know but is intended for those people using FREESERVE a UK ISP with Outlook Express and Norton 2000.

Freeserve cannot support the email scan that comes with Norton 2000 and you will find you cannot download email.
We have had the same problem and as most people wish to have an Anti Virus programme protecting their computers that works with email then we strongly recommend you visit the following link from SYMANTEC (Norton) as it shows how to overcome this.
