Hello all,

Further to my posting a couple of days back in regards to which
registration district Fair Oak came under in the 1891 census I emailed
the HGS and here is the reply just in case someone else out there ever
needs to know.

Thanks for everyone's advice, particularly the advice to email the HGS :))

"Fair Oak is covered under the Winchester area Vol. 18 in our list of fiche.
There are 8 parts to this Volume. Fair Oak is shown on the sub-reg.
District of Twyford.
