I am wondering if there is someone on list that is close to Winchester that
could make a phone call for me to the
Royal Hampshire Regiment Museum
Serle's House
Winchester
(01962)863658

and ascertain whether they hold records of gents that served in the
Hampshire Yeomanry (Carabiniers) in the late 1890 - 1900 's ?

It would be greatly appreciated, as I would then know whether to drop them a
snail mail with the details of my request ..... I am too impatient to write,
wait the minimum two weeks it would take for a response to my initial
enquiry .....

OR ascertain if they have an email address for me ?
