The Jubilee Day was magnificent. I enjoyed every minute of it and was glued
to the T.V. all day! It reminded me of 50 years ago when we had a draw at
school and my name selected to stand on the parade route and watch the
Coronation procession. It was a day I will never forget.
Even though I have Canadian citizenship, it made me proud to be British.
Nobody knows how to have a parade like the Brits! I think that the Jubilee
celebrations of the last few days have given the monarchy a tremendous
boost.
