We are posting this as many of you may know Ian from the Lists.
The following message has been posted on the SOG-UK-L List.
I have just been given the very sad news that Iain Kerr died in Thames
Valley Hospice on June 5th.

Iain went to great lengths about a year ago to help my research re grandparents' early 1900's connection with the Old Soldiers Home, Winchester & managed to knock down one of those proverbial brick walls for me.
If he helped other people as much as he helped me, he must have been a great asset to the Regimental lists.
