The best approach would be a look-up in the card index of baptisms at
Southampton City Archives. Note that baptisms for this period at
Southampton Holy Rood were destroyed in WW2, but those for other parishes
survived either as originals or as Bishops' Transcripts.
You could also try the Southampton List. See

Hi list,
Please would anyone with access to Southampton parish
records check them for a baptism for SARAH BLUNDELL
who was registered in the December quarter of 1866.
Parents were John and Jessey Blundell.
In 1881 the family were living in the All Saints
district if this helps.
I am wondering if Sarah was bapt. with an additional
name.
