Thanks to all who helped with my query about the number of turns of a wagon
wheel it takes to make a mile. I found what I needed to know. I know it
depended on the size of the wheel, but 360 turns of Heber C. Kimball's wagon
equalled one mile. That's enough information for the pageant.
