excellent web site address on the Joseph Hanks / Nancy Hanks Genealogy by

It lists all the theories that I listed for Nancy Hanks's ancestry, plus
some more. Wish we could sort all these out and definitely discard some of
them as false. Each theory has some credibility to it. From what I read
at this site, I think I'd have to vote for the Nancy, dau. of Lucy,
granddau. of Joseph Hanks lineage. But this also makes me wonder just who
Joseph Hanks is. Is he the son of Luke Hanks or another Joseph Hanks??
