Dear Sandy:
Thank you for responding to my note.
William HARDY was b. ~1744, RI, (he applied for a pension in 1820 at age 76.) He was a
soldier in the Revolutionary War, serving as a Corporal under General George Washington.
Discharge: summer of 1783. He migrated from Fullings Hills, (where he joined the military,)

to Otsego Co., NY in 1808 and Broome Co., NY, where he died, (after 1820.)
William's migration pattern was RI>Renssalear Co, NY>Milford, Otsego, NY>Broome Co.,
NY>Milford, Otsego Co., NY where he died. (His daughter Lucy, her husband, Joshua
CONKLIN, and his family had the same migration pattern.)
He married Mary Pemdleton, (or Pendleton,) b. RI, m. RI. She was still living in 1820,
when he made his Application for Pension; she died in Broome Co, NY.
