I do agree that those girls are daughters of Luther Harnden b. 17 Nov 1782 New York. (b/d from his death certificate)

Some interesting twist to these girls lives.

1) Esther (Hester) Ann Harnden md Datus J. Pencil. Can find nothing more than what you've posted.

2) Priscilla Harnden b. c 1821 ON md Prosper A. Hurd.
