My wife is descended from the Hayden line twice as follows:
John Hayden (1606-1682) m. Susanna Dullen/Pullen
Jonathan Hayden (1640-1718) m. Elizabeth Ladd (d. 1700)
Samuel Hayden (1677-1753) m. Mary Hayden (1682-1718/19)
Nehemiah Hayden (1647/48-1718) m. Hannah Neale (1651-1720)
Mary Hayden (1682-1718/19) m. Samuel Hayden (1677-1753)
Then from Samuel and Mary the line goes thus:
Clement Hayden (1707-1783) m. Hannah Hogin (b 1715)
Richard Hayden (1741-1829) m. Mary Jordan
Elisha Hayden (b 1762) m. Hannah Noble (b 1757)
Hannah Hayden (1792-1827) m. William Delano Sr. (1786-1875)

William and Hannah were my wife's 4g-grandparents.

My biggest questions lately have centered around the parentage of
Jonathan Hayden's wife Elizabeth LADD. I can find no reference in the
LADD genealogies of the period as to who her parents were. In fact,
later transcriptions of the birth registers of Braintree, MA, give her
last name as LEE, which was probably a misprint, but who knows for sure?

Would love to correspond with anybody else researching any of these
persons.
