Subject: [HEATH] William Heath - Wentworth, NH
Date: Tue, 13 Jun 2000 21:50:11 EDT

Does anyone have this William in their files? He keeps popping up all over
the place but with no parents attached. He was in the Revolutionary War and
died in Johnson, Vermont. His gravestone says he was born in 1748 and died in
1826. Other locations I have for him are Rumney, Concord and Lancaster
besides Wentworth in New Hampshire.

The first record I have of him is in Wentworth, but their history does not
tell where he came from or where he went. He had two son born in Rumney
(Hazen and Wells). Other children were Mary (Polly) who was supposed to be
the first child born in Wentworth, NH in 1787, James, David, Daniel, Lufkin
and Moody.

He married Lydia (last name unknown). Her dates are 1750 to 1823. She also
died in Johnson, Vermont, and both are buried there.

Any clues would be welcome. Thanks. Dot
