made the following reply,

"If your colleague or anyone else also
needs a copy of
Poles (2), I would suggest either Osprey Direct
(ospreypublishing.com), or Caliver Books (caliverbooks.co.uk),
both of which operate mail order and would, no doubt, give library
discounts. I've heard that Osprey has recently been reprinting small
runs of out-of-print titles."
