Have a Dr William R Hinton born 09/15/1796 in JOCO. NC died 10/11/1839
buried in Old Fort Cem. Mobile, AL. married Tempie B Perry. Her father was
Algernon Sidney Perry owner of Cascine Plantation in Franklin Co. His father
were William Hinton born 1767 Died----? married Candace Rosser, she born in
South Carolina
Son, Algernon Sidney Hinton, of Dr William and Tempie, married Emma Caroline
Poole they had six children. According to the George W Hinton book Vol. I
there were quite a few Hintons who settled in Wilkes Co.Ga. Some were given
Land Grants in Ga. for fighting in Revolutionary War, ck the land grants for
names, if you haven't already.
A son of Hardy Hinton, names Jobe settled in Wilkes Co. Ga. Also, married a
Mary Burke had issue, six children. Any help?
