The attachment Ray refers to was 'in transit' to me for publication
on the web site.

The Staff and Port List sections of the 1965 'Green Book' are now
included, in .pdf format, as part of the 'structures' pages on the HM
Waterguard web site - www.hm-waterguard.org.uk.
