"The Bond" is a monthly publication of the Customs & Excise Retired Staff
Association (CERSA), which is put out at present freed with the HMRC staff
newspaper, (the successor to "Portcullis").

Am I missing something or am I out of touch but what is the Bond. I have
been in Spain for the last five years but I gather it is a London Waterguard
publication. I fully give my full backing to any attempt by the powers that
be to cutback on petty expenditure on items of intertest to ex-employees.
