Posts to this GenConnect Biographies board are instantly and automatically
sent to the HOFMANN mailing list. List subscribers will then have 3 ways
to respond:

1) They can simply hit reply to the message. Depending on the settings
for the mailing list, the reply will either go directly to the person who
posted the message on the GenConnect board, or the reply may go back to
the mailing list.

2) They can hit reply all and respond to the message. If this is the
