Looking for information on my g-g-grandfather, Andrew Hofmann. He came to the US in 1859. He was born on
May 4, 1828 in Byron, Germany. He first settled in Baltimore
for two years and then moved to Wood County, WV. He
died in 1911. Andrew was married to Gertrude Kaufman,
who was born in Butler Co., PA.
