According to Harry Hoisington, the Hoisingtons were originally from
Jutland, which is part of the Danish peninsula. I'm not sure how to take
that, as he was also talking about the Hoisingtons having as much right to
a descent from the Gods (in this case Horsa) as the English kings.
Personally, I'm not so much interested in being "divine" as finding out the
truth. Guess my part of the Hoisingtons are a little too down to earth to
take much stock in that. Comes from going barefoot a lot, I guess.
