Hi Darcy,

Not so much "hunting". (We already know the house.)
It's more like "waiting" at this point. :( The
house is the one my gg-grandfather, Lyman Clough,
bought around the turn of the century. (He's Caira
Hoisington's son). My grandmother, my mother, and
I, all grew up there.

I made an offer to buy this house from my mother's
estate nearly seven months ago now. But, you know,
when you're dealing with several heirs, sometimes
one choses to be difficult. So, we're having a
hearing in probate court this month, and the judge
will decide whether I can buy the property. (No
one else wants to buy the house. So I'm 99% sure
his ruling will be in my favor. It's just very
frustrating to have things draaaaaag out like this.)

Dublin is a beautiful town. I've been through there
once or twice. Not sure how far that will be from
where I'll be, (Cabot. Just NE of Montpelier) But
we can certainly arrange to meet, and do research
together. I was just speaking with my aunt last
night. She lives close to Windsor/Woodstock, and
we talked about going to the cemeteries there this
summer. (I know there are lots of Hoisingtons
buried in that area.)
