Holloway names have been coming across my computer,lately, so I decided
to jump in and see if there is a connection out there to my Holloways. I
don't have much but it's all I do have. My great-grandmothers name was
Sarah Jane Holloway born about 1838 in Cocke Co. Tnn. She married George
or John Wesley Fine b.1833 in Cocke Co. Tnn. They had 2 daughters and he
went to serve in the Civil War,dying in 1864 in Vicksburg, MS. The only
information that I have Sarah Janes family and I'm not too sure of it is
a fathers name of James Holloway born in NC and mother Sarah ,last name
unknown, born in Tn. They had 7 children including my Sarah Jane. Can
anyone identify with this family, with some connection? Looking forward
to an answer.
