Okay - Williford Holtzclaw was toward bottom of page which was viewable by going to the next page. Additionally, there is also a family headed by an Elijah Holtzclaw (he's indexed as Elizah, but writing looks like Elijah) where there is a boy between 10 and 16 but no child under 5:
1820 Federal Census - Georgia
Oglethorpe District.
Williford Holtzclaw - Head.
1 white male at least 16 & under 26
1 white female at least 16 & under 26
1 person in household engaged in Manufacture.

On what are you basing Wilford's birthdate of 1817?

Hi,
I am the wife of Melvin Roy Holtzclaw. We have been m. for 54 years. In
trying to research his genealogy, we have hit a wall. His grand father was
Thomas Jefferson Holtzclaw son of Wilford Holt (s or z)claw. Thomas was
born in Indiana and Wilford --- we can not find any record of birthdate or
parents. Wilford had 8 children. Thomas had 4 children by first wife,
Edna, and 6 by his second wife, Nora. They lived in Illinois and are
buried in Marshall Ferry Cemetery, White County, Illinois.
We have searched the internet and made trips to various cities seeking
information. Wilford was born about 1817.
Thank you for any information regarding the Holtzclaw's because it all will
come to gather someday. Either here or in the here-after.
Love and Prayers, Joyce
