Just thought I'd say that so far DH and I've lost about 7.5 pounds each so far. He has noticed a definite loss of inch(es) though...

I may too have lost a bit of flesh myself. I bought a skort last year at the year end clearance, it was snug last month when I tried it on.. it's more comfortable now! Maybe in a week it'll be better. Be funny if I lost enough to wear it only to lose the summer because fall is coming! Oh well, worth it.

anyway, this Atkins diet seems to be working. A bit boring for me though, just eating lots of meat and such. I do miss the variety in my meals. Isn't it funny how we associate certain foods with other certain foods? Steak and baked potato for example..

Did go to Ryans the other night and DIDN'T eat one of those great yeast rolls.. I wanted to, but didn't. Oh well, I'll get the hang of this.

Just thought I'd say "hey"... everyone must be watching the race.. :)
