Hi Jakki,
we've just gotten thru the induction portion but may stay on that part a
little while longer.
I truly don't get hungry during the day. Today was a lazy day (shouldn't
have been though..) but we ate breakfast, scrambled eggs, bacon and sausage.
I didn't eat again until I got a small handful of assorted nuts. Then I
made dinner. I cooked up some chunked up chicken for a salad for me and
cooked a steak for DH. I made sugar free jello for later. Just had that a
little while ago.
Now, if I'd have been doing the usual thing. We'd have had some breakfast,
I'd have had some regular toast and by noon the sugar low from that would
have kicked in and I'd have been hungry again. For a snack I'd have been
looking for the cookies or donuts.. I do MISS my Coke though.. and the
little white Sweet 16 donuts that I would "treat" myself to.. but the
weightloss is worth it. My scale is so weird.. I'm pretty sure I'm actually
up to a solid 7-8 lb weightloss. Pretty good. If I'd have done the 20
carbs a day like they want I'd definitely have lost 10..
Snacks are like yours, cheese, a little turkey with mustard. Maybe some
peanuts. You have to be careful with them though.
How're you doing? Have you gone to the website and gotten some of the
recipes? Pretty neat. I did the grilled fresh pineapple.. Had enough left
for the next night.. Fresh pineapple is much better than canned-truly sweet
without the citric bite at the end.
I don't really have cravings-just habits..
