Here is an easy and DELICIOUS way to use left over turkey.
One package of corn bread stuffing mix
left over turkey cut in pieces
1 package frozen french style green beans
2 cans cream of mushroom soup
lightly grease a 9 X 13 casserole dish
place 1/2 of the stuffing mix in the bottom of the pan Use this dry)
place the turkey in the pan next--using enough to cover the stuffing mix
slightly thaw the green beans and layer them over the turkey
cover with cream of mushroom soup
cover with remaining half of the stuffing mix.
Bake at 350F until hot and bubbly This is so easy and I have never
found anyone who did not like it. Been serving this for 30+ years.
Makes a wonderful Sunday dinner after a busy Thanksgiving weekend.
Serve with cranberry sauce of your choice (I prefer cranbery/orange
relish) and perhaps another veggie.
