Hi, Spunners! Have any of you ever made - or eaten - Sauerkraut Salad?
There are lots of recipes for it --- you could try:

I think it was started by the Amish Community or "Pennsylvania Dutch" in
Pennsylvania; maybe the Ohio Amish Community.
