Hey...I love cats too. Have had one for a pet all my life (sometimes
two) But some people do not have their pets neutered or spayed and then
move off and leave them in apartment areas. Some people let their cats
have babies then dump them in a neighborhood where there are children,
or a school. It is sad...I always say though, even some people should
not even be parents!! The people where I am moving
say these cats won't show in the daytime...they are sort of wild...but
get out hunting at night...I guess my fresh dirt and pine straw in
flower beds was a lot better to them than a cement culvert. I really
haven't seen but one...a half grown grey...I feel very sorry for it...I
would not mind feeding it...but when you walk up to my door...I don't
want you to smell "cat" This spring I plan on putting the red mulch in
my f-beds. I don't want it sratched out on the grass.
I spoke with Lowe's Home Improvement...which is close by...they have a
treatment for your yard called 'Critter Ridder" I hope it works.I'll try
to remmber to let you know. I will put food down at the end of road
next to the drainage ditches. Poor animals in this world...most of their
abuse at the hands of humans. Stella
