1. GEORGE3 HOOPER (JOHN2, JOHN1) was born August 04, 1728 in Berwick, Maine,
and died in Arundel, Kennebunkport, Maine. He married MARGARET GOODWIN Abt.
1750. She was born Abt. 1729.

Notes for GEORGE HOOPER:

George Hooper resided in Arundel, Maine. ( now Kennebunkport ) Sold part of
his land there to his brother John Hooper, Jr. of Berwick in 1762.

We may believe him to have been the "George Hooper" who was reported as
being on the training band list of men in the company of Capt. John
Fairfield at Arundel, Maine, April 1, 1757. The family re-moved to
Biddeford.

Tristram, George, John and Phinehas quitclaimed their rights in certain
lands in Biddeford and Arundel, July 24, 1798.
