Thank you to those who graciously answered my query regarding Philip Hubbard
and Mehtable Underwood. It was a longshot. What I am looking for are the
parents of Mehitable Hubbard born around 1775 married John Welch on October
12, 1799 Shapleigh, York, Maine. Their son, Philip Hubbard Welch is my
anscestor. Does anyone have anything that might be this Mehitable? I
thought that maybe they named Philip after her father. Any help
appreciated. Thanks again. Dawn
