A couple of observations. The surname is not uncommon amongst French
immigrants to England in the 16th & 17th centuries - although the
spelling varies and secondly, I suggest that as the named individuals
carried three Christian names they belong to the time not earlier than
the 18th century. Perhaps someone else might advise on the French custom
on this latter point.
