Thanks to Jim <> for his re-posting
today of his JOLINE, (JOULAINS, JOLINS, etc.) info.

Jim, establishing the ancestral connection between North
America and the European continent can be a frustrating process
for many researchers. You're lucky that you have successfully
done it (ie. St. Palais near La Rochelle, FRA > 1689 New
Amsterdam).
Do you have any advice or research tips to offer which might
help others who have yet to find their European link? What
worked for you?
