Andrea,

Thank you for the information. Now I have to go do some
research on a cousin line.

Our relationship to the l'Hopital family precedes
Michel by a couple of hundred years when Isabeau
Lalemant married Etienne l'Hopital. Isabeau being a
"lots of times" Aunt. The Pellorde family come into the
story a generation prior to Isabeau. But eventually the
Lalemants become grandparents.

One of Isabeau's sisters, Bienvenue married my Grandpa
Martin Leroy in 1430

So you can see that while the l'Hopital name is of
interest we kind of gave up on it due to lack of
'great' interest.

Now that we see a connection to the Reformation /
Huguenot story of our family, I am once again
interested.
