Hello --

This is for those subscribers who have requested a
look up of certain surnames in the following source --
"Scattered to all the winds, 1685-1720: Migrations of the
Dauphine French Huguenots into Italy, Switzerland and
Germany" [book] by Bellon, Eugen.

Here are the results of those look-ups. Sorry to disappoint
but I'm afraid I didn't find much of anything.

BESSONNETT & BESONET -- sorry, nothing
BOYVAL -- sorry, nothing
BRUSSE -- only name similar was DE BRUYS
DE VALOIS & VALLOIS -- sorry, nothing
GAUDART & GOUDART -- only name similar was GAUTRANT
LUCADOU & LUCADON -- sorry, nothing
SOUPLIS -- only name similar was SOURIS

If anyone is interested in one of the similar-looking names,
let me know and I will provide the info I found (which, again,
wasn't very much.)

And, to Juergen -- I didn't get a chance to do a look-up
for your surnames GERBER & GERBERT because your
request didn't arrive in my e-mail box until after I had left
for the day. And unfortunately, my local FHC doesn't open
again until next Tuesday but I'll certainly have a look for
