Hallo,
my name is Wolfgang Trogus, I live in Immenstaad, on the lake of Constance
(Bodensee). Being 62 years old, I have done research in genealogy and local
history for some decades already.
Most of my hugenot ancestors lived in the area of Metz/France, but also in the
Picardie, Dauphiné and in Montauban, as well as in the Swiss Jura. They
emigrated in the 17th century to Berlin and in the Palatinate (Pfalz).
Some families are:
- Metz: GEORGE, NICOLAS, CHRISTOPHLE, PICOT, AUBERTIN,
LALLEMAND, ARNAULT, PILLA, COURTOIS, RICHARD, VRY, ROUPERT,
ROLLIN
- Swiss, canton de Neufchâtel: BESANC,ON, GUINAND, DROZ dit BUSSET,
MONTANDON
- Dauphiné: RUINAT, DUFRAINE
- Picardie: MARTIN, COTEL.
- Montauban: ROUPERT, de BAUCOURT.
