Subject: [HWE] So what about the non-conformists?

Just as an aside ...
Of course the Conformist factions in England used the Book of Common Prayer (even translated into French at the Church of the Savoye) but the French and Walloon Calvinist Churches were non-conformist but Protestant but not Anglican. And then there were the non-conformists like the Baptists, Anabaptists, Quakers, Socinians, Muggletonians and the like, Then of course there were the more philosophical arguments about the assimilations of the Huguenots into the Anglican Community and the move towards the more Latitudinarianist approach of John Locke which stripped formal religion down to its basic parts.
But perhaps we should draw a veil over that little lot ...............
