There is probably a link to David BUBBA of Sandwich (born of 'Stranger'
parents) named (1622) in Durrant Cooper's 'Lists of Foreign Protestants
etc', Camden Soc., London 1862. Supporting evidence is found in Archdeaconry
Court records of St. Peter's Sandwich where David BUBBER is named in 1617 as
being in default for not paying his annual cess of 4 pence for his 14 acres.
